Biography
Welcome to the blog of Dennis Black. I live in a little mountain town of Portola, California.
I grew up in Quincy, CA finishing High School in 1970. I came to Christ in 1971 at Chico State and have been attempting to grow in Christ since. At Chico I met and fell in love with Debby and we married in 1975. Right after the wedding we began our years with Campus Crusade for Christ at the University of Idaho. In 1981 we moved to Portola to work at Portola Station Baptist Church. We were blessed to raise two boys, Peter and Steven. Over the years we had countless memories and adventures together.
The boys have grown up and live in Portland and Los Angeles. Deb and I are still here after all these years enjoying one another and the ministry with this church where we are blessed to serve.
